Default Spring season recap

I can sum this spring season up in one word! AWESOME!!!!! I never had so much fun hunting turkeys in PA! It seemed like every time out we were getting birds to somewhat cooperate. It sure makes up for the dismal 2007 spring. Hopefully 2009 wont be a let down!

We sure can't complain at all next year, no matter what happens...this was by far the best year I've ever had! Six birds on the ground and four of them longbeards!

You were complaining the first day when Holly and i stopped by. I remember someone saying this sucks and I am going to quit turkey hunting.

This was one of my best turkey seasons ever. Four out of five tags filled. The fifth tag would have been filled but I have a terrific and TRUE story on why it was not filled, "thanks Stan"
Had a wonderful time as I hunted Kentucky, Kansas and Indiana. Super season. I hope everyone had a great year.

Well after missing two in one day, I was ready to throw myself under a bus...good thing my luck turned around and I didn't have to go through with it.

Actually, I think we should all say thanks to you guys for supplying us with a lot of good stories and great pics. HH and YB had a great year and Holly got her first! Firediver and Brian added their birds as well as Cooner and others.

Sure helped my dismal workdays go by!
