Most likely you all have heard this one but I thought I would put this out there. Before you freeze or cook your turkey, let it set in ice water for 24 hours, changing the water 3 times more or less. It takes away any wild game taste and helps to moisten the meat. Some people like to put salt in the water, some like the put alcohol in the water just depends on what sounds good to you
