Nasty weather for turkeys!

Well this morning was the worst weather I hunted turkeys in a long time. Cold, damp and rainy. We had 4 jakes come in but never gave us the best opportunity to film and shoot. Holly was ready if everything was gonna come together. Probably could have gotten a good shot but it would have been a 5 second hunt on film. So we left them go the long beard never showed himself. We did hear a shot close by hopefully it wasnt the long beard getting blasted.

Over on our lease my buddy saw 10 jakes. He had 8 coming in across the posters when someone shot twice. We think we will give it a try over there tommorrow. Hopefully with a little luck we will be posting some pics.
