Default Venison Backstrap

Take around a 6" or larger piece of backstrap and marinate overnight in McCormicks southwest marinade.
Then take a fillet knife, cut a pocket into the strip, and then stuff it with seasoned cream cheese!
Then I take and wrap it entirely in bacon, cover it with foil and slow cook on the grill until done!
