2 lbs sausage (substitute pork with your favorite critter)
32 oz bag of frozen hash browns 2 c sour cream 1 pkg Ranch dressing mix 32 oz box of Velveeta, cubed 1 tsp salt 1 Tbsp pepper Topping: 4 Tbsp butter, melted 1 pkg Ritz crackers, crumbled 1 c shredded cheese Directions: Preheat oven to 375. Spray a 9x13 pan with non-stick spray. Cook sausage. Drain. In a large bowl, combine sausage hash browns, sour cream. Ranch dressing mix, Velveeta, salt and pepper. Spoon mixture into pan. Mix topping ingredients. Spoon evenly over top. Bake for 30 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serves 8-10 This is soooooooooooooo yummy!!!!
