Scott last week was the first time we used it filming a hunt. Boy does the Vari-zoom make it alot easier!

I can't imagine filming without one!!!!!

Keep an eye on the record light though. There have been several times where I "thought" I shut record of but didn't.

GREAT INVESTMENT!!!!!

PS...I bought a GS320 yesterday. (Boys with their toys!!!) don't tell my wife.

between mics and varizoom, I think mics are going to the next big purchase. Has anyone tried the cheap versions of a varizoom off ebay? Would it work for a while? Or does anyone have a super secret decoder ring place to buy the vzrock? here's a link to the cheapies on ebay....might be worth a shot for $25? If it doesn't work that well, it might work w/ my handicam
