Mesquite bowhunting

I just booked a hunt here for later in the year. The target animal is an axis. I post a full report on the hunt when I get back. The hunt is scheduled for Oct.

Here's the one I got, first bowkill deer in Hawaii



All I could see was his eye guards.... I thought he was a spike buck. Darn near fell outa the tree when I saw him run and go down within 40 yds.

He's 36" X 36.75"

Best Venison on earth comes from Axis deer, does are even better tasting....... Have a great bowhunt.
