over very high heat ..boil the SNOT outta it..

Actually, when I was moose hunting in SK my native guides were kind of hoping that I didn't shoot a large bull so that I wouldn't mount it..... they were both fighting over who got the nose. One of them said his wife told him not to come home if he didn't have one. I guess they eat the jelly like stuff under the skin? But he also ate some of the intestines rinsed in lakewater He offered some to me....I told him he could keep it all for his tip

Jimmie from my Alaskan moose hunt kept the tongue off my moose. It was soaking in a pot of salt water when I flew back to Illinois.
