We had our trail cams out in an area last july and got a pic of what we think could be a 6' + bear. What would the chances of it being in the same are this spring?

Timba, chances are preetty good that the bear will be in the same area. unless a more dominant bear claims the area he was in. bears are territorial and will fight to keep the land they get. kind of like a buck fighting for its territory.

Yup with the above post, but spring is also bredding season and a good mature boar will travel a ways to find the in season sow. So yes he may be in your area or 5 miles away if that is where the hot sow is and he can scent her. They have amasing noses for this type of things!
