Well folks,after 35 years as a licenced professional guide,I decided to shut down my guiding service.I decided to let my next door neighbor try for this big guy.He has never shot a bear so I decided to let him try for it.I will sit another one of my sites that has a nice boar with a nice white "V" on his chest.We will be going in at 2p.m. and hopefully he has the big one within a couple of hours.If I do not get one this week I will hunt the Sept. archery season which is the season I really like.I will keep you all posted as to how we make out.

Thanks for sharing those pictures.

35 years being a guide is very impressive. Wish you well in your retirement and with this bear season.
