Newfoundland Bear Hunt

Has anyone hunted with Robertsoutfitters in Newfoundland? I'm heading up there this spring for a bear hunt. There is four of us going three with bow. What are the sizes of the bears on average in thr Deer Lake area?

I don't know much about the land of the goofy noofies but if they have bears it has to be a good place. We are hunting Sask. and Ontario this year.

I hunted just south of there in the St Georges area with Adventure Quest last May. The bears where you're hunting should be about the same size so I would say that you have pretty good chances to connect with some 300lb+ bears. When are you heading up there?
