Yeah, it's to be real cold here for the next week also. I think I might get out for a morning or 2 the following week, but that will be it for me.

Went out new years day, but did not see anything. boots looked like ice cubes after having to cross a small creek to get to stand. Had -1 temp when I climed into the tree.

I discovered something good though at my groundblind hotspot!!!! My truck is parked within range of my remote starter!!!!! Can you say WARM TRUCK!!!

here we go again!!!! we are supposed to get up to 8" of snow by tomorrow afternoon followed by temp's as cold as -16

While our temps haven't been near what you guys are dealing with(lows in the low to mid teens at nite, around low to mid 20s during the day) I thought we were having a heat wave when the wind dropped and temps went to 30. Those 30-50mph winds, that we've been having, seem to want the brass monkey's small appendages...

Ya'll can have those below zero temps. I like my version of cold (cool for you guys) but not ya'lls version of it!
