TRU GLO Range Rover single pin sight?

I'm looking into buying one but am a little confused on how i would have to sight it in is it any different from a multiple pin sight?

Very simple...dunno what others do but I started out at 10 yards, got it hitting dead center. This setting is usually good for 20yds as well. Then Just keep moving the sight and mark it when you hit a good bullseye group for the appropriate yardage....hope i didn't confuse ya.

Get it hitting at 10 and 20 and just keep moving back...

As you work back adjust the site and mark the tape when your shootin bulls..

The image I saw of it on cabelas shows the strip of paper / tape that you mark with a pen....

You just line the needle on the right up with the marks you make on the paper and it moves your pin up and down....

I use the Summit Hot Dot Sight in pendulum mode so the one pin automatically adjusts for the deer range. It has options to also light up in several fixed pin modes. I seem to do real well with the one pin pendulum deal.

depending on how fast your bow shoots 5 yd increments might get a little busy and could confuse you in the heat of the moment.

I shoot that exact sight right now and my first mark is 20 followed by 30,40,50,60. I put a little line with the number next to it so you don't have to count lines.

Also, the sight has vertical adjustment on the scope mount. this allows you to gain room on your sight tape if you need to, like if your adjustment needle is high enough that you only have room for say a 20 and 30, you can move your scope down and that will give you room for more yardage. Just make sure you check arrow clearance before shooting to make sure the arrow doesn't hit your sight.
