Noticed the other night that one of the limb pocket bolts was missing from my 07 Vulcan. Have got my local archery dealer trying to get me one from Hoyt right now but haven't heard anything from him yet. Not sure of when I loss it, just don't trust shooting it with only one in it.
So most likely will be starting the season off with my 07 Reflex Growler. Matt |

I would take a trip to the hardware store, most the time the bolts on bows are standard (not metric, I know were backwards down here) You could always take the matching one out of the bottom and bring it along to match up. Might speed things up a bit. I tend to shy away from loctite as it tends to lock a little too tight
and bolts become a permanent part of the riser! But a little string wax on the threads helps fight the vibration.....also put it on your field points to keep them from coming loose while shooting them.

Went to the local Brafasco today and they had the same bolt except for the fact that it was 1/8 of inch longer just added two more nylon washer and I was good to go. Also got afew extra so that if it happens to happen again I'll have them on hand. I'll make sure to keep an eye on them now so that it hopefully doesn't happen again.
Thanks Tim for the suggestion I'd have never beleive they would have been that easy to find. Matt |

If you're worried about it coming loose, use some lok-tite to help secure it. You might be able to nip off the extra length with a Dremel.

I've got the extra leght beat with the extra washers, so I'm not worried there. As for Loc-tite I thought about it and as Tim said the bolts might just become so tight you'll never move them and that isn't what I want. So I'll just have to keep an eye on them and keep them tight if they come loose again. If it becomes a reacurring problem I'll have to think of something at that point.
