Don't go with a hand cranked grinder! You'll just wind up getting ticked off!
Ebay is a good bet. Also, check out yard sales when the season hits. You could also save up the cash and get a Kitchenaid mixer. A multitasker in the kitchen is great! I use mine to grind the meat, mix the meat with the seasonings, then stuff the sausages!
You can also use it for cakes and doughs and things like that...if you want.
