2011 was my 39th bear season.We used to be allowed to harvest 3 bears per year.We had 3 different seasons and allowed 1 bear per season.We still have the 3 seasons but are only allowed 1 bear per year.If I don't get one in the spring season then I have a 2 week archery only season in September followed by another any weapon season in October.This was not my largest bear.I have taken 3 over 500 pounds.
