The answer is no. At 28" draw you have to subtract 10 FPS for every inch less than IBO testing at 30 inches. At 28" you have to take 20 fps of the 340fps before you subtract for things on the string and the weight of a arrow. When all that is taken off you'll be in the high 280 or maybe 290 FPS range and that depends on arrow eight and how well your bow is tuned.
I know I shot three Mathews bows that are rated at 340FPS and I'm a 28" draw that's what the math show and the chrono agrees.
