We loaded up the pack horses and they did all the work!! There is no way that that hunt could be done there without the help of the horses. The moose was shot about 3-4 hour ride from spike camp and camp was a 8 hour ride from the highway camp.
He has awesome horses that I could ride .... even tho I had never rode before. |
How long did it take you to get it skinned and cut up enough to pack out?
