I hunted near Meadow Lake the first week of June back in 2003. It was very warm, definitely an early spring, but I was covered up in bears.
It is always a guess. You might pick the best week as far as spring's timing goes....but you may get rain every day.
Flip a coin....then do a best out of three...then draw straws...then rock-scissors-paper.....this should help you pick out the best week to go
