I boil them it takes me about 5-6 hours to do it right. I also boil it with the detergent it keeps the smell down. Once you have it as clean as possible. Soak it in peroxide for 2-3 days. Dont use chlorox that will make it chalky.

Here is a dead PA buck my buddy found. You want to talk about stink cooking this off. I dont know how long it was laying.
