opener brought 10 grouse flushes , had one good free shot but not a safe one so keep the gun down ,
just way to thick in the woods , dogs did great , weather was rain and cool.
woodcock were scattered all around , no chance of shooting those not open season for them ,
sure hope you all had a great opener !
