I would take a trip to the hardware store, most the time the bolts on bows are standard (not metric, I know were backwards down here) You could always take the matching one out of the bottom and bring it along to match up. Might speed things up a bit. I tend to shy away from loctite as it tends to lock a little too tight

and bolts become a permanent part of the riser!
But a little string wax on the threads helps fight the vibration.....also put it on your field points to keep them from coming loose while shooting them.
