Default meal replacement bars

Here is a good energy snack or a meal replacement bar for out on the trail.

Take 1 cup of peanut butter and 5 tables spoons of honey mix in a bowl.Put the bowl in the microwaze for 90 sec then give it a couple stirs.Then add 1.5 cups of whey protien powder(from the health food store) and a .5 cup of milk and you can add either 1 cup of dry oatmeal or oreo crumbs mix all together in the bowl then put in 6x9 pan and put it in the freezer or fridge and cut up in squares to eat.

I gets kind of soft when it left out for a while but I wrap a peice in saran wrap and it still tastes good.
