After alot of expermienting we finally came up with this recipe
Grind 10 lbs of meat, deer elk antelope, moose, beef, whatever. This should be ground meat with no fat.
3 tablespoons of salt
2 tablespoons of pepper
2 tablespoons of some kind of commerical seasoning with with garlic (OK Joe, Grampa Lynns, etc)
2 tablespoons of worchestershire sauce
2 tablespoons of liquid smoke
1 or 2 tablespoons of tabasco----if desired
BTW I use heaping tablespoons on the spices. Also this is hot so if you don't like pepper you should cut this back to 1 tablespoon.
Mix all ingedients and use jerky shooter to make sticks or strips. Dry in dehydrator or oven.
