simple venison jerky
1 1/2 # venison
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. soy sauce
1 t. liquid smoke
1 t. onion powder
1/2 t. garlic powder
1/2 t. black pepper
dash tabasco sauce
(we add a heaping teaspoon of crushed garlic)
marinate in ziplock bag 24 to 48 hrs in fridge
its great, we actually have a batch on right now.
