High Mountain Seasonings makes great stuff! You just slice your meat, let it soak, then put it up to dry.

I've had jerky where all that was used was Worchestershire and Soy Sauce. It was mighty fine.

I believe Cabela's also offers jerky making kits.
If you're not leaning, no one can let you down.
