That stinks! I ruined one inserts on one of mine. I had my proshop use a lathe to get it out. Im sure you can do it with a drill press also. Its gonna be tricky but possible. Im not sure if they make a liquid that will release the adhesive or not. Good luck and let us know how you make out.
