Shoveler Recipes?
 

Any good recipes for eating shoveler duck besides the following:

Wrap breast around a piece of bell pepper, mushroom, and onion, then wrap in bacon and grill on a mesquite board. Then throw away the duck and eat the board! - I've heard that one...just hate throwing away a duck when it's a shoveler.

A good way to cook a good duck is to do what I stated above with the veggies and bacon, then glaze it in a raspberry chipotle sauce and grill it. Yummy! It's great Super Bowl food. Hardcore guys can add a little jalapeno.
