Mornings or evenings?
 

I would rather hunt evenings I tend to have my stuff together. Plus I usually see more. In mornings though I do see some nice bucks.

Evenings...I always scare deer away in the morning:mad:

Trust me your a JINX!!!:D We hunt some of the same stands. I hunt them i never spook deer in this one spot in the morning. youngbuck goes in its a snort fest!!!!:cool:

Evenings because if I go in the morining I'm always afraid to leave and usually stay until dark again.

So far, it's been easier for me to go in the mornings. I only get to go on weekends, and my wife and I lead a divorce recovery support group at our church on Saturday evenings before the evening worship (our church has 3 services every weekend - 1 on Saturday and 2 on Sunday morning). I would have to leave the woods before the deer start moving to get to my group on Saturday afternoons. But if I take time off from work, I will go whenever I can get time away from the house.

I enjoy mornings more but usually see more deer in the evening. Probably because I hunt mostly food sources...

I like bugling in those big bulls early in the mornings. But I usually have better luck with deer in the evenings!

Until this year I killed my last three bucks in the morning. I still think mornings are better.

YES!!! as has been said, there are good and bad to both. but think I like mornings the best. easier tracking being the main reason. but recently, been seeing more deer at night. thinking because I also hunt food sources.
