nice pics,is that a food plot they are in?I want to try one next year but don't know what to get.

It is a Vita-Rack Booming Beans food plot. The buck in the top photo has just left the plot and is standing in weeds between the plot and the woods. I planted the 3/4 acre plot next to a cornfield.

Next month I will till under the beans and plant Winter Forage (turnips, sugar beets, etc)

Cool pictures of the herd. How old do you think the 8 point is? Got an older bucks nose but you can count his ribs.

I wonder how that would work up here,would that be a good plot for sept and oct archery.

I've been chatting with a bear outfitter buddy in Alberta and we've been trying to figure out what would work up north. I like the beans in the spring and summer months and then till the fields and plant turnips for fall and winter.

This works for us but frost is definitely an issue for you guys. I haven't yet...but plan on doing some research to see what would work best.
