IL shotgun doe down!
 

In the middle of a quick snow storm I shot a decent size doe, pics tomorrow. Unfortunately didn't have a cameraman though:(

Well unfortunately no pics on this one. I usually give one of the deer I harvest each year to an older gentleman who helped me get my start in hunting. He' pushing 80 and doesn't hunt anymore so he put's in his request every year and I do my best to fill it for him. I called him and told him I had a doe for him and he could stop by and pic it up or I'd drop it off when I was done hunting that day. Well he got ambitious and came over and got it before I could take pics of it. I could've went over there and taken pictures with a bunch of freezer paper wrapped venison :) but chose not too. OH well, not like the guys need anymore points anyway......we're doing a pretty good job of whoopin' ya girls so I'll just "forfeit" these points....at least that's the story I'm going with!!
