NAP Bloodrunner
Has anyone shot this broadhead?
I'm seeing mixed reviews on a couple forums. I'm a long time fixed blade user and the idea of it being a 1 inch head even if it doesn't open appeals to me. Cabela's reviews have it listed as a broadhead that breaks easy... I'm always looking for ways to extend my range!!!! |
I have shot them at 20 yards and seem to fly with my field points. What I didn't care for was the noise during the shot. There was a loud rattle just as the bow went off. I am not sure if is due to how the broadhead was made. With the blades sweeping out a little from the force of the arrow leaving the bow, that could be the reason for the noise, but not real sure.
Nap also makes so other great fixed heads like the hellrazor and the nightmare. They are great flying and are very shrap. I hope this helped you some! |
Thanks for the info!

Might Try
I always shot fixed blades, until seeing what a RAGE 2-blade mech. my uncle shot last year would do. He used it to take out 2 hogs and a deer last year. The entrance wound was huge and the exit was devestating. It flew like a field point and has a fail proof open on contact design.
