Backstraps

If you could grill backstraps from your choice of animal, which would it be? *hint* I'm looking for something other than deer. Be bold. Let's hear your wildest grilling fantasy! lol

Mine would have to be a Kudu backstrap...wrapped in Gemsbok backstrap and stuffed with Impala backstrap.......with a side of wildebeast backstrap and zebra backstrap for desert:rolleyes:
