Here's a great place to get reviews of the outfitter's you're looking at going with:

You can either type in the outfitter's name or type in the state/province you want to hunt. You won't always get a specific outfitter, because no on has reviewed them on this site. Nonetheless, it's a good starting place. :)

lol...the only way to read a review is if a hunter has hunted with an outfitter in NJ and posted a review. :)

I guy an gals we been looking into a moose hunt in newfoundland but are finding the price very high.what is a reasonable price to pay to go and does anybody know of any outfitters we can look into .another thing what does it mean when thay say trophy fees apply thank you for any info

Trophy fees are in addition to your outfitter fees, Trophy fees only apply if you kill the animal.

I've done some checking on them and they seem to be pretty darn good.

$4500ish to $5000 seems to be the going rate.
