How's Your Season?
Got my season off to a good start. Opening morn took a *pt still in velvet, it's a small rack but it'll look good as a skull mount. Took the first doe last night. It was a steep shot so had to let her lay for a while, but got her out of the bean field bout 11:00 last night. Good hunting to all!:D

That was an 8 pt.

not worth a crap for me,I don't know if I just have bad luck with archery deer or what but I can never seem to find any deer this time of the year :(

Well yesterday was our first day out. We went to public land in MD. I never have expectations when I go down there. I call it my preseason warmup for our PA season. Its nice just to have a bow in hand and sitting in a tree stand. Congrats on your good start!:)

Haven't hunted yet, season doesn't open until this weekend. Last night I spotted my buck though, he looks like a shooter I think! He'd make a perfect first Bow kill. If that doesn't pan out though, a friend told me about a good buck. He said it's right up my ally, possibly a 170", said all I have to do is wait for gun season and I'll have a crack at him.

Your buck
I'm from Ohio. Just tell me where the buck is I'll go make sure I get him out of there before gun season ha ha. Just kidding.
I'm from Chillicothe. I have about 5 excellent property's to hunt, and scouting has confirmed all have several 160 class or better on them. I don't guide, but I'm allowed to take a guest. Interested. Aroud Chillicothe ( Ross County ).ost farms are from 100 acres to 800. Small but always full. Let me know. Go to my e-mail me and get in touch with me.:):) |
