Lake Michigan trip
 

Went on a charter yesterday on Lake Michigan, a taxidermy buddy traded a mount for it. It was my first time doing something like that, I had a blast, great boat, great captain, great fishing, great weather...have I said great enough?:D Caught some King's, lakers, and browns, I hooked a rainbow but it spit the hook right at the boat:mad: But we did catch 13 fish in about 4 1/2 hrs. I never fished the Lakes. Something I always wanted to do. I have been deep sea fishing. Sounds like you had a great trip. So where are the pics

Sounds like a great time. I get to experience it for the 1st time on Saturday. Going with BlueMax Charters out of Milwaukee. Will post pics when I get them. As close to deep sea fishing up here as you can get.

Sounds like a great time! Havn't been on big water in awhile. Can't wait to take the kids out when they get bigger....
